Thank you Mr. Essam . you are wonderful but let me disagree with you in no.4 in the 1st question.why not "neither do I" taking into consideration that "have" is a main verb not helping one? accept my regards from a younger brother .

Notice that there is 'Because' in the sentence

'Because' is one of the subordinate conjunctions that express Cause-and Effect Relationships in sentences

من الصواب أن نقول:
You can't prevent a disabled driver parking near a crossroads
بدون استخدام حرف الجر from
prevent + obj + v-ing

Actually, I'd say that both answers are correct. Neither have I? is mostly heard in British English, whereas "neither do I? is mostly heard in American English.

Compare:

We have a car, haven't we? mostly British English

We have a car, don't we? mostly American English

As for "prevent' + object + ing form of the verb, it is absolutely correct as Mr. Ehab said

الجملة كدا معناها غلط متهيألى

انا شلت Prevent و خلتها let
بحيث المعنى يبقى اقرب ؟!؟!
